This year I ran SAR 2.36M of ads for one Saudi store. The screenshots are below.

I’m a performance media buyer. For 6 years I’ve run Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat ads for online stores, apps and B2B companies. This page has ten accounts from 2026, with the dashboards.

Approach

Four things I do on every account.

Nothing clever. Most of the results above came from doing these every time.

01

Check the tracking before touching the budget.

If the pixel or app events are wrong, every decision after that is wrong too. So the first week is spent checking what’s actually being measured.

Seen in: delivery app, rebuilt after losing its data

02

When volume stalls, raise order value.

Forcing more orders out of a stuck account usually drags ROAS down. Getting each customer to spend a bit more is often the cleaner way through.

Seen in: HQ Medical, order value up 18%, ROAS up

03

Filter out bad leads in the ad, before the form.

Cheap leads who don’t understand the offer waste your sales team’s time. I use the ad to explain the service so the wrong people skip it.

Seen in: B2B fulfillment, ~40% better qualified

04

Fix the account, then add budget.

If more spend isn’t bringing more sales, I fix the structure first and scale once the extra spend is actually paying back.

Seen in: granite sinks, orders doubled on +36% spend

Working together

How we’d start.

The first month

  1. A short callYou tell me about the business, your margins and what a good customer looks like. I’ll tell you honestly if I’m the right fit.
  2. Account and tracking reviewI go through your ad accounts, pixel and events, and come back with what I’d change first and why.
  3. First 30 daysFix measurement, restructure campaigns and start the first creative tests. You get the numbers every week, against targets we agree on up front.
Book the short call on WhatsApp

A good fit if you

  • Run an online store and want to grow without ROAS sliding
  • Get leads, but your sales team says most of them are wrong
  • Have an app and need orders, and installs alone don’t pay
  • Sell in Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the UAE, in Arabic or English

Probably not a fit if you

  • Want boosted posts and reach numbers
  • Judge ads by the cheapest CPM or CPC

Contact

Tell me what you sell and what a good month looks like.

A rough monthly spend helps if you’re comfortable sharing it. I’ll tell you straight whether I can help.

Saudi accessories & gifts brand

SAR 2.36M across 6 ad accounts on 4 platforms in six months, with Meta at 3.05 ROAS against a 3.0 target.

The business

A Saudi accessories and gifts brand selling through a Salla store. I took over paid media on April 10, 2026; this report runs to October 16, 2026.

The problem

The brand had one non-negotiable: Meta ROAS stays at 3.0 or above. ROAS usually drops as spend grows, so a bigger budget on its own was never going to work.

What I did

  • Ran two Meta and two TikTok ad accounts side by side, so a single account’s spend limit or learning reset couldn’t stall the brand.
  • Kept Meta as the main channel, optimised for purchase value, with constant creative testing in both accounts.
  • Added Google Search and Shopping to pick up people already searching: SAR 31.15 per Google conversion.
  • Used Snapchat to reach a younger Saudi audience. Snap reports 6.94 ROAS on 22,245 purchases.
  • Checked ROAS by platform every week and moved budget toward the accounts carrying profitability.

High-ticket granite sinks

Purchases up 107% on 36% more spend, in my first month on the account.

The business

A granite sink brand with an average order around EGP 3,300, so every wasted purchase hurts. I took over on August 17, 2026. The comparison is the month before against my first month.

The problem

Each budget increase was bringing proportionally fewer orders. Purchases were low, cost per purchase was high, and adding spend made it worse. That usually means the structure is broken.

What I did

  • Rebuilt the campaign structure around purchases instead of reach.
  • Fixed the setup issues that were spreading the budget thin across weak ad sets.
  • Tightened targeting before increasing spend at all.
  • Scaled step by step, checking cost per purchase and ROAS at each increase.

HQ Medical

Spend up 3.4× with cost per purchase flat, and ROAS up from 7.48 to 8.74.

The business

A medical supplies store selling equipment and tools, mostly to medical and healthcare students.

The problem

The account had hit a ceiling: whenever sales volume was pushed, ROAS dropped. The goal was more revenue without giving up efficiency.

What I did

  • Went after average order value, alongside volume.
  • Ran structured creative tests to find the strongest angles and formats.
  • Cut the weak creatives and moved budget behind the winners.
  • Built new variations from the winning concepts to make them last longer.
  • Scaled gradually while tracking order value, cost per purchase and ROAS.

AppFood deliveryMeta

On-demand delivery app

31,340 in-app purchases after rebuilding tracking from zero.

The business

A delivery app connecting users with restaurants. It was already live, but a tracking issue had wiped the ad account’s historical data and learning.

The problem

Without working event tracking, campaigns had nothing reliable to optimise toward. I cared about orders and repeat orders; installs were just the first step.

What I did

  • Rebuilt tracking so every in-app event sent accurate signals back to the campaigns.
  • Set up a full funnel: awareness, engagement, app install, then in-app purchase.
  • Optimised separately for registration, first order and second order.
  • Retargeted people who installed but didn’t order, with restaurant offers near where they live.

Coffee brand, 36 years offline

Website orders grew from about 200 to 350+ a month after the audience was in place.

The business

A coffee brand with about 36 years of history and around 10 branches across Egypt. The goal: make the website sell like another branch.

The problem

Customers knew the shops and the hotline, not the website. Running purchase campaigns on day one would have meant asking strangers to buy from a site they’d never heard of.

What I did

  • Ran nationwide awareness to put the brand online, weighted toward governorates with branches.
  • Spent the first months building an engaged audience, including football content during major tournaments.
  • Started website purchase campaigns only once that audience existed.
  • Kept WhatsApp and hotline orders running alongside the website.

B2B fulfillment company

1,348 leads at EGP 80, about 40% better qualified according to the client.

The business

A fulfillment centre offering storage, picking, packing and dispatch for other businesses. The account was already running when I took it over.

The problem

Cost per lead was high and many leads were unqualified. A lot of them thought it was a regular shipping company, so they weren’t ready to fill a form.

What I did

  • Added an awareness and education layer before the lead campaigns.
  • Made creative that explained what a fulfillment centre does and who it’s for.
  • Rewrote the copy so people understood the service before they clicked.
  • Optimised for informed prospects instead of the most form fills.

The business

A business-to-business shipping company serving Cairo and Giza. I ran paid media from launch, starting May 17, 2026.

The problem

Many businesses expect nationwide coverage. If the ads didn’t make the service area clear, the pipeline would fill with leads they couldn’t serve.

What I did

  • Started with awareness ads that stated the service area up front.
  • Moved warm audiences into consideration campaigns.
  • Ran lead generation only to people who had already seen the earlier stages.

A Hajj & Umrah travel company collecting passport applications ahead of the season. Campaign window: August 28 – September 10, 2026.

The problem

Almost all competitors were running messaging campaigns, all bidding for the same inboxes in a short season.

What I did

Home textiles store

A new ad account, started in parts of Cairo and Giza and now running Egypt-wide.

The business

A home textiles brand selling bed sheets, comforters and related products.

The problem

Messaging costs were high and customer quality was poor. The old account had built up weak signals over time, so small fixes weren’t going to be enough.

What I did

  • Recommended a new Meta ad account to start from clean signals.
  • Started with selected areas of Cairo and Giza so the account could learn what a good customer looks like.
  • Fed back real order outcomes, not just the number of conversations.
